Returns

Unused and undamaged jewelry, in its original packaging, may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please send an email to seleneanneroza@hotmail.com to receive return instructions.

The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the return package is damaged or lost, I will unfortunately not be able to refund the jewelry, so I recommend sending the return package insured and with a tracking code.

Once I have received the returned jewelry in good order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and the purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method used.

Unfortunately, custom-made jewelry cannot be returned.
