These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Anneroza. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Products

All jewelry is photographed with great care to depict it as accurately as possible. Depending on the devices used to view the photos and videos, the colors may differ from reality. I strive to accurately display product descriptions, shipping costs, and prices, but errors may occur. In such cases, I reserve the right to correct them and cancel any orders.

 

Orders & payments

Orders can be placed via this website. Payments can be made using various methods, including credit cards and PayPal. All payments must be received before shipment takes place. In case of non-payment, I reserve the right to cancel your order.

 

Shipping costs & times

Anneroza offers shipping within Europe. For shipping outside of Europe, send an e-mail to seleneanneroza@hotmail.com. Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to external factors. The risk of loss and damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

 

Delivery times

I aim to ship jewelry that is in stock within 3 business days. If this is not possible, I will always contact the customer.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation of an order is only possible if contact is made before the order has been shipped. Send an email to: seleneanneroza@hotmail.com. The cancellation can only take place if you have received a reply to this email from Anneroza.

 

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt at your own expense for a full refund, excluding the original shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.

 

Warranty and liability

Anneroza offers a 3-month warranty on all jewelry against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or improper care. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

We respect your privacy and treat your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
